WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, was carjacked Monday evening by three armed attackers, his workplace stated.
Cuellar’s chief of workers Jacob Hochberg launched an announcement Monday evening saying: “As Congressman Cuellar was parking his automotive this night, 3 armed assailants approached the Congressman and stole his car. Fortunately, he was not harmed and is working with native regulation enforcement.”
Hochberg stated police recovered Cuellar’s car.
The Washington Publish reported that the theft occurred in Washington’s Navy Yard space, a couple of mile from the U.S. Capitol.
