A moose received some assist Tuesday morning when she wandered into downtown Ludlow.
In response to the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife, the feminine moose was “relocated” from the yard of Overhead Door Firm.
“Though moose sightings aren’t often trigger for alarm or intervention, this moose wasn’t in a position to go away the realm on her personal,” the company wrote on Fb. “Our biologists decided the most secure plan was to immobilize and relocate the moose to a forested space close by with the help of the Massachusetts Environmental Police.”
MassWildlife stated the moose was safely relocated.
