Man pleads responsible to rape of 1-year-old daughter, sentenced to jail

A Rhode Island man who raped his 1-year-old daughter and recorded it in Taunton shall be in jail for the subsequent 20 to 25 years, in line with officers. 

Cody Mercure, 25, previously of Woonsocket, pleaded responsible to the kid rape aggravated by age, indecent assault and battery on an individual underneath 14, and possession of kid pornography, in line with a press release from the Bristol County District Legal professional’s Workplace.
