A Lynn man is going through fees after allegedly threatening a girl with a knife at Logan Airport.
Emmanuel Tamba, 29, is charged with assault with a harmful weapon, carrying a harmful weapon, and threats to commit against the law.
The incident occurred round 1:30 a.m. on July 6 in Logan Airport’s Terminal C, in line with MassLive, which first reported the arrest.
Massachusetts State Police spokesperson David Procopio confirmed that troopers responded to a report of a person with a knife. A lady advised troopers that the person was holding the knife in his hand and had threatened her, in line with Procopio.
The lady was unhurt, he stated.
Tamba — who reportedly had no prior connection to the girl — allegedly had a 4-inch paring knife on him when officers arrested him, in line with MassLive. He was arraigned final Thursday within the East Boston Division of Boston Municipal Court docket, the information outlet reported.
