Oscar Juarez, 38, is accused of soliciting two college students to have sexual relationships with him.
A soccer coach at Lynn Classical Excessive Faculty was arrested Monday and arraigned on costs of sex-related crimes with college students, Essex County District Lawyer Paul Tucker introduced on Tuesday.
Oscar Juarez of Saugus, a women’ junior varsity soccer coach at the highschool, allegedly despatched unsolicited pornographic pictures of himself to an 18-year-old scholar and former participant on his crew.
Juarez, 38, can also be accused of soliciting a sexual relationship with that scholar and one other underage scholar, in addition to groping a 3rd scholar, additionally underage.
Juarez pleaded not responsible on Monday to felony costs of indecent assault and battery on an individual over 14 and distributing pornographic materials, in addition to misdemeanor reckless endangerment of a kid. He was ordered held within the Middleton Home of Correction on $10,000 money bail and barred from reaching out to any of the victims or witnesses within the case, contacting any minors aside from his personal kids, and possessing any harmful weapons.
He’s scheduled to return to court docket on Sept. 7 for a pretrial convention.
