Former Celtic, NBA star Shaquille O’Neal, is bringing his most up-to-date culinary endeavor to Peabody. 

Large Rooster, a meals chain serving primarily fried hen sandwiches based by NBA star and former Celtic Shaquille O’Neal, will open its first location in Massachusetts on the Northshore Mall in Peabody in 2024.

“I’m extremely excited to see Large Rooster open a location on the Northshore Mall. I lived just a few miles from the situation within the early 2000s and spent a number of time there, so it’s superior to see Paul and Ryan, our all-star companions, convey Large Rooster to the realm,” stated Large Rooster CEO Josh Halpern, in response to MassLive.
