Gordon Ramsay opens new Again Bay restaurant
Boston’s burger scene is about to get an entire lot hotter with the opening of Gordon Ramsay Burger.
After making his mark on the Again Bay along with his Boston restaurant debut of Ramsay’s Kitchen on the Mandarin Oriental, the multi-Michelin starred chef Gordon Ramsay expands his Boston imprint along with his second Boston location, which opens on July 5 at downtown’s Cover by Hilton Resort.
“I’m thrilled to lastly open Gordon Ramsay Burger within the superb metropolis of Boston,” Ramsay stated in a press launch.
Becoming a member of Gordon Ramsay Burgers in Las Vegas and Chicago, the Boston venue sprawls over 4,000 sq. toes and incorporates a second-story roof deck boasting views of downtown, the West Finish, the North Finish and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
The restaurant shall be a full-service eating vacation spot centered round chef Ramsay’s signature butter-basted burgers. The menu options six iconic burgers with classics just like the Yard Burger with American cheese, bibb lettuce, tomato, pink onion, bread and butter pickles, in addition to extra revolutionary stacks just like the Farmhouse Burger with butcher’s minimize bacon, and a fried egg. The fiery chef provides a nod to his Hell’s Kitchen fame — his cooking present that’s been on air since 2005 — with the Hell’s Kitchen burger, that includes mozzarella, roasted jalapeño, avocado, and roasted tomato. There’s even a vegan burger that rounds out the checklist.
There will even be a choice of snacks like beer-battered onion rings, hellfire rooster wings, kettle chip nachos, truffle fries, and decadent milkshakes just like the crème brûlée Oreo shake, an Oreo milkshake topped with crème brûlée pudding and whipped cream.
For one thing a bit of lighter, Gordon Ramsay Burger incorporates a choice of regional brews with seasonal drafts from Harpoon and Maine Beer Firm, in addition to native cans from Night time Shift, Jack’s Abby, and Samuel Adams.
“Boston is a foodie metropolis that actually embraces new and thrilling eating experiences, and I’m honored to be part of its rising restaurant scene,” Ramsay stated.
Gordon Ramsay Burger, positioned at 99 Blackstone St., shall be open for lunch and dinner Monday via Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Stroll-ins are welcome, and reservations can be found on-line.
