WESTBROOK, Maine (AP) — A person and lady have been fatally shot in entrance of their kids earlier than bystanders tackled the gunman, police stated.
The gunman assaulted a 75-year-old bystander earlier than a number of others joined in tackling and disarming the assailant Monday night, stated Shannon Moss, spokesperson for the Maine Division of Public Security.
Marcel Lagrange Jr., 24, of South Portland, was charged with two counts of homicide, she stated.
Westbrook cops responded at about 8:30 p.m. Monday to studies of gunfire and officers arrived to see a lady being shot close to a automobile in a parking zone, Moss stated.
