A person and girl have been arrested Monday evening on a number of excellent warrants after Transit police responded to studies the couple was fornicating inside a MBTA station elevator.
Transit police said officers responded to the report round 10 p.m. of the person and girl partaking in sexual relations inside an elevator at State Avenue.
The officers arrested the pair after they decided the person and girl each had “a number of warrants” out of Boston Municipal Courtroom, together with on expenses of assault with a harmful weapon, breaking and coming into, and assault on a police officer.
