A person who misplaced his telephone in Boston was stunned when he referred to as it and somebody picked up — and demanded cash.
A person was met with a ransom demand when he tried to find his misplaced telephone in Boston on Monday, in accordance with MBTA Transit Police.
A person referred to as his cellphone at round 5 p.m. on Monday after realizing he forgot it in a retailer, police mentioned in a tweet on Tuesday. The one who answered demanded that the person give him $50 for its return and to satisfy him at Oak Grove station, the person advised police.
Transit police have been notified and positioned the suspect. The suspect had a number of warrants for his arrest, together with for larceny and false checks, police reported, and he was positioned in custody at Oak Grove.
9/4 5PM A male forgot his telephone at a retailer in Boston. He referred to as his cell & a person answered/demanded 50$ to return/meet him at #MBTA Oak Grove. TPD notified/responds/locates subj w/telephone. He had a number of warrants for his arrest Larceny/False Checks ect.he was positioned into custody.
