Man arrested for allegedly putting giant rocks in a Kingston highway, inflicting injury to autos

A 31-year-old man was arrested for allegedly putting giant rocks in the course of a Kingston highway repeatedly over the previous 6 months, leading to a number of automobile accidents, Kingston Police stated.
