Passengers of a SeaRay boat that crashed right into a docked boat in New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesaukee fled the scene earlier than officers arrived, in response to New Hampshire State Police.

Officers responded to the Saturday night time crash at 11 p.m. The 50-foot Blue SeaRay “had ended up on rocks,” in Wolfeboro’s Winter Harbor after crashing right into a docked boat, in response to a press launch from state police.

The docked boat had no occupants on the time of the crash and there have been no reported accidents.

A picture from police depicts the docked boat’s damages. The SeaRay’s damages, if any, haven’t been shared.

Passengers of the SeaRay had been seen getting picked up by a Blue 1997 Effectively Craft, registered out of Pelham, after the crash. The Effectively Craft then headed towards Tuftonboro, the place it was discovered by police on Sunday morning, in response to police.

The investigation into the crash continues to be ongoing. New Hampshire Marine Patrol asks anybody who witnessed the crash or has further particulars to contact Sergeant Nicholas Haroutunian at (603) 227-2112 or by e mail at Nicholas.M.Haroutun[email protected], or name State Police dispatch at (603) 846-3333.
