Kristopher Graciale was arraigned in reference to the Oct. 8 homicide of Nathan Mucci of Lawrence.
A 36-year-old Haverhill man has been charged with murder after allegedly inflicting a deadly head harm to a Lawrence man earlier this month, in accordance with the Essex District Legal professional.
Kristopher Graciale was arrested in reference to the loss of life of Nathan Mucci, who was discovered unresponsive and bleeding from his head exterior of a residence on Chandler Avenue Oct. 8, officers mentioned.
In accordance the the district lawyer, investigators discovered proof that Mucci’s accidents have been inflicted by Graciale. A warrant was issued for Graciale’s arrest on Oct. 19, the district lawyer mentioned.
Graciale pleaded not responsible throughout his arraignment in Lawrence District Courtroom on Friday and agreed to be held with out bail, the district lawyer mentioned.
