Tuen Package Lee of Quincy fled whereas on trial in 2007 for kidnapping and raping a younger girl in 2005, and was convicted in absentia, in response to police. 

Whereas masked, Lee kidnapped and violently raped a waitress that labored at his household’s Quincy restaurant, Kogawa, police mentioned. Lee was later recognized by the waitress as a result of, police say, she acknowledged his significantly foul-smelling breath. Lee was dubbed the “dangerous breath rapist,” by the media.

Lee was arrested for kidnapping and rape, and confronted a life sentence if convicted. He posted $100,000 money bail and was not in custody throughout the trial. 

He was final seen when he testified in Norfolk Superior Court docket in 2007, police mentioned. Lee didn’t return to court docket for closing arguments and has not been seen since.
